About
Built for how Home service shops actually run
Why we built this
Software should feel like it's on your side.
Coming out of working for large enterprise software companies, we saw it up close, across every industry we sold into: cheap tools that barely did anything, or platforms built for the biggest accounts with the biggest budgets. Vendors overcharging for features nobody used, chasing vanity metrics that looked good on a slide but meant nothing for the customer actually paying the bill, selling an “ROI” that was fluff dressed up as a number. Implementation dragged on for months, a daily migraine instead of a quick fix. Nothing built for the business in between, run honestly, and set up without the headache. We wanted to build the opposite of that, a company you’re glad to open, not one you dread paying for. We’re scrappy, we’re new, and every customer we work with, we treat as a partner, not a line item. Real revenue for a real shop is the only kind of ROI we’re chasing, not a number built for an enterprise dashboard. We measure our success as yours.

Why Novera Exists
Real Support. Real Fit. Real Pricing.
1
The problem
HVAC, plumbing & electrical shops lose real revenue every time a call goes unanswered, whether it’s after-hours, during a rush, or when the front desk is stretched too thin to keep up.
2
The gap
Answering services just take a message. Generic AI receptionists run a scripted flow that doesn’t know your business. Enterprise AI platforms are built for shops running 100+ trucks, not the everyday local shop. You’re overpaying for all of it.
3
The wedge
Pay-per-outcome or flat pricing, both cheaper than enterprise platforms. Setup that fits your business like a glove, direct support with no ticket queue, and integrations with the scheduling software you already use, no platform fees, no bolt-on setup.
