Note: Novera only processes inbound calls initiated by third-party callers to your business. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent for recording or transcription.

Billing details are collected through our payment provider (Stripe).
Novera does not store or access full credit card numbers.

If you enable SMS notifications, appointment reminders, or other messaging features:

• Messages are sent only in response to inbound calls or customer-initiated interactions.
• Novera does not send marketing or promotional SMS campaigns.
• Message frequency depends on customer configuration.
• Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
• End users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Novera acts solely as a software platform. The Customer is responsible for ensuring proper consent is obtained from end users before SMS communications are sent.


  1. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including:

• Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• Access Control: Restricted internal access under strict confidentiality.
• Hosting: Secure U.S.-based cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
• Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and security scanning.

Despite our efforts, no system is entirely secure.


  1. Data Retention

• Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for 90 days by default or as configured in your account.
• Account and billing information may be retained for up to three (3) years after termination for legal and tax purposes.
• You may request deletion by contacting contact@novera-ai.com

Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
